1. Ownership of Hire Items
All hire items remain the property of London Lawn Games.

 

2. Booking and Securing Your Date
A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking however, if your event is within 6 weeks of booking, full payment will be required. Please note that no booking is guaranteed until the deposit or full payment has been made.

3. Safety
London Lawn Games is not liable for any damage or accidents caused by the client’s misconduct or lack of care.

The equipment must remain at the agreed venue unless prior consent is given by London Lawn Games.

Ensuring suitable access to the venue is the client’s responsibility. The client must inform London Lawn Games of any potential obstacles such as stairs, narrow pathways, or parking restrictions that could impact delivery or collection. We reserve the right to refuse service if access poses a risk to our equipment or the health and safety of our team.
Please note that all persons using the games do so at their own risk. London Lawn Games is not accountable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from the use of the games.

4. Damage
The client renting the equipment, whether they are the user or the person arranging the hire with London Lawn Games, will be fully responsible for any theft or damage to the equipment during the rental period. London Lawn Games reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs if damage is caused by significant negligence or vandalism. The charge will depend on the extent of the damage and whether repairs or a full replacement is necessary.

5. Outdoor Setup and Lawn Responsibility
When our games are set up outdoors, we cannot and will not be held responsible for any damage to lawns or grounds. The client will be held responsible for any such damage.

6. Cancellation Policy
We understand that cancellations may occur due to various reasons, potentially under stressful circumstances. Please note:
- The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- If cancellation occurs 6 weeks or less prior to the event, full payment will be required.

7. Disclaimer
All persons using the games do so at their own risk. The client will be held responsible and liable for any damage or injury resulting from misuse or reckless use. The client agrees that London Lawn Games is not liable for such incidents.
